The General Terms of Sale (CTS) govern and apply, without any restriction nor reserve, to all relations between
V.B.C cvba and any person proceeding to purchase a product which is for sale on our www.cadeauretro.com website
Any person ordering a product, which is put on sale on our website, carries full and whole acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.
The purchaser admits having taken acknowledge of them before placing his order.

The sale will only be considered as final after V.B.C cvba has sent a confirmation of the order to the purchaser and after cashing the amount of the order.
V.B.C. cvba reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to process an order for any reason at any time and will then get the purchaser informed.
The purchaser guarantees to V.B.C scrl that he has all the possibly necessary authorizations to use the payment method he has chosen while recording the purchase order.
The purchaser can then regulate his order by:

4. Carriage costs and delivery
The carriage costs include the expenses of preparation and packing as well as the stamping costs.

Once products are received, during the time of retraction mentioned below, the purchaser is responsible for the products he ordered;
in the event of product deterioration or destruction during this period, the purchaser will not be allowed to assert an exchange or a refunding with www.cadeauretro.com
The authentic newspapers sold by V.B.C cvba were carefully controlled so to be complete and without cuttings.
The purchaser however has the right within seven business day as from the delivery of his order to return, for exchange or refunding,
products which are not appropriate to him in accordance with the laws in force.
Therefore, the purchaser must imperatively contact the customer service of V.B.C cvba which will issue him with a returns address and a Returns Authorization Code.
Only articles returned to V.B.C cvba in their original state (packing, accessories, note),
duly sealed, and accompanied by the Returns Authorization Code will be taken into account.
This guarantee is not applicable to products specifically carried out on request such as personalized products (personalized pocket for example).
V.B.C cvba does not accept packing addressed in due port and will return them to the shipper.
Any risk related to the return of the product is at charge of the purchaser.

7. Applicable law, jurisdiction
All clauses appearing in the present General Terms of Sale, as well as all the purchasing and selling operations
which are related to these terms, are subjected to the Belgian law.
Any litigation relative to the interpretation, execution or rupture of the contract concluded between V.B.C scrl and the purchaser,
even in the event of multiple defendants, when failing in concluding a friendly agreement, will be of the exclusive competence of the Brussels courts.
The technical risks, related to the use of the Internet network, do not allow V.B.C cvba to guarantee users for uninterrupted operation on
the www.cadeauretro.com website and associated services.
V.B.C cvba will thus not be held responsible for unavailability or dysfunction of its website, in particular in the event of breakdown, maintenance or update.
In the same way, V.B.C cvba shall not guarantee the use of online service on all the navigators, on all data-processing equipment and software configurations.
